Our design process is focused on the ADDIE methodology, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This process allows us to create results-focused coursework that is targeted specifically towards your target audience.  This is a standard widely uses in the design of course in Academic environments and is tried tested and true.  The step by step approach allows the work to be shared or compartmentalized as required.  While the work can have several stakeholders, Unison ensures that the course design process is monitored to ensure efficient use of resources.  This process also allows for Beta Testing (Trial Runs) for course audits and revisions.  Our courses are designed to help learners achieve their goals, whether they are looking to learn a new skill or earn accreditation.  The ADDIE Model allows us to consider learners goals before the first keystroke in writing a course.

Perhaps more importantly, we monitor and manage the course development process form inception to course launch working with your in-house expertise as required.  We take on the project management duties and your team can take part as the course developed or leave it to us, allowing you to focus on your core business.
